Your appointments and well-being are very important to us.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved services. A no call, no show will result in a fee that will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a credit card to hold your appointment, and cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your service, please call the salon within 7 days of your appointment.
We will gladly offer a service adjustment by the original stylist within 10 days from the phone call.
Please note that many blonding services and most color corrections require multiple sessions to achieve the desired results. It is at the salon's discretion to determine if this is the case if the desired lightness wasn't achieved.
We do not offer refunds on services or product purchases.
I can't find any openings, what should I do?
Our online booking software is intelligent and up to date; If you do not see an opening, add yourself to our waitlist and then call (or text) us at 727-314-1612. We will do our best to accomodate you and let you know if we have any last minute cancellations.
Do you really open at 5am?
Yes, morning people! Britt loves to work early mornings and does so on Mondays and Tuesdays, but you won't find Elizabeth or Kristina in the salon prior to 9am.
Do you need to keep my card on file?
Yes, Vagaro uses encrypted software that is safe to use, and the only time that your card will be used will be at the time of transactions.
What if I am running late to my appointment?
We understand that it happens sometimes! If you are running late, please give us a call at 727-314-1612 and let your stylist know. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a color service, we may not be able to accommodate your full appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a cutting or styling service, we may need to cancel your appointment in order to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled clients and in that case, a 25% fee will occur that will be used as a deposit towards a future service.
Can I bring my children with me?
We respectfully ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment. While we take clients of all ages, the salon is not a fun or safe space for them to be while you are trying to relax and enjoy getting your hair done.
As for furbabies, we respectfully ask that you do not bring them either unless they are a service animal in order to keep us compliant with the Florida Department of Health.
What do I do if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule an appointment with more than 72 hours notice, you can easily do so online through Vagaro or by giving us a call at 727-314-1612. If you need to reschedule an appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will need to call the salon and let us know so that we can move the appointment for you. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice and it is not within the same week, we will charge a 25% fee that will be used as a deposit towards your service.
How do I confirm my appointment?
You will receive a confirmation reminder that contains a link for you to click in order to confirm your appointment. If we do not see that it is confirmed, we will give you a call. If your appointment is not confirmed within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, we will consider it a cancellation and contact our waitlist.
